"Yeah....gotcha uncle Boog!" Oliver nodded. Before the two bears could react, there was a loud gunshot that blew across from the sky. Ducks and birds flew out of the trees in panic.
"Uh-oh!" Said Arwin. "What do you mean 'Uh-oh'?! What's happening?" Oliver cried in panic. "That gunshot can mean only one thing.....open season is here. The hunters are coming!"
"HUNTERS?!!?" Oliver panicked, feel like getting a heart attack. He look like he was about to chicken out and make a run for it.
"Oliver calm down!! Don't worry....we'll find your brother and sister. Right big brother?" Said Arwin turning to Boog.

Suddenly, there was a loud bang. A familiar, unmistakable bang. Chills went up the grizzly's spine, he knew what this meant... the most dangerous time of the year, the time of year that took his family. Open Season.
Boog hears his brother Arwin muster a question... "Of course we will!! We'll have to!!" he replied.
Meanwhile, when Elliot, Nolan and Nadine were coming into the woods to start their search... a muffled crack whipped through the air. Almost as if to be a fire work off in the distance. A gasp from Elliot indicated the inevitable... "Nadine!! Nolan!! We have to hurry!! Its... its... OPEN SEASON!!!" he cried at the top of his lungs...

"Let's get going! Those bears have to find the kids soon!" Nadine said, getting as much worried as Elliot was. Nolan, being the bigger deer came up with an idea. "You two....hop on my back quick!"
"Nolan are you sure? Me and Elliot may be small, but we can catch up!"
"Not with hunters out there you won't!" He told his sister-in-law. "If you two go out-run each other on your own, they'll get you before I can catch up." Nolan pointed out. Nadine figure her brother-in-law made an excellment point. "You're right. Come on Elliot, hop on your brother's back. It will be quicker for us to catch up with our bear buddies!" Said Nadine after she quickly hops onto Nolan's back.

"I sure hope you can take our weight Nolan... we need to find the kids AND be in one piece by the end of it!!" Elliot said, hopping atop his brothers back. Memories came back from the final battle with the hunters Vs forest animals, Elliot couldn't help but let out a great big "CHAAAARGE!!" as they rode off into the forest.
"Suri!! Hazel!! Oliver!! Where are you??" He screamed...

With Nadine and Elliot on his back, it wouldn't take long for Nolan to carry him seeing how he was most of the fastest deer there was and his brother and sister-in-law were very easy to carry on the way. He takes off like the speed of a bullet as his little bro yells out CHARGE!
Meanwhile, Arwin and the others needed to come up with a plan to help save Suri and Hazel from the hunters before they can get them. It didn't take long for Nolan, Nadine and Elliot to arrive at the scene.
"Mom? Dad?!" Oliver said in disbelief. "OLIVER!!" Nadine cried. She hop off Nolan's back and rushes over to hug her son tight. "Thank god you're all right! Where's Hazel and Suri?" She asked.
"That's what I'm worried about. I can't find them anywhere!" He replies. Nadine stare filled with worryness and shocked. "WHAT?!"

"Uh oh..." Boog said, slapping with forehead and slowly wiping down the side of his face. "Hey, y'all are forgetting... us Grizzly's have great smell." he explained in a cocky manner...

"Boog's right. We can track down those fawns. It will be faster before you can say....." Arwin was saying, but was interrupted by another gun shot. "Uhh...uh-oh. Something tells us this ain't gonna be pretty." Arwin turn to see.....HUNTERS! Two hunters right in front of them, helding their gunshots right towards them.

"RUUNN!!" Elliot Screamed, "Oliver, stick with me!!" he shouted, wanting to ensure that he could keep an eye on at least one of his kids as he ran off through the forest.
"Arwin, you find a fawn scent, I'll find another. Everybody else, run for your lives!!" Boog shouted, attempting to track...

Arwin did as he was told by his big brother, he runs off just as the others make a run for it from the hunters. Just as things couldn't gotten any worse. More hunters came by, riding in their trucks. Arwin didn't have to waste anytime to fight back even though he wanted to, but he had to do his job and find the rest of the fawns while the other one was safe with his parents and uncle.
"HELP!!!" A voice cried. Arwin followed the crying voice to see Suri being held captive by the hunters. About three to two hunters caught the little she-fawn. "HELP!! SOMEBODY HELP ME! PLEASE!!" Suri cried, trying to fight back, but was out-numbered.
Arwin jumped in to the battle and roared. "STAY AWAY FROM THAT FAWN!!" He roars, attacking the hunters one by one, but they fought back and held him down tight with their weapons they brought with on their trip. "BOOG! HELP!!" He screamed on the top of his lungs, a cry for help.

As Boog ran, a cry for help whipped through the forest. "BOOG!! HELP!!", he heard.He knewit could be nothing but trouble. 'I'm not loosing my brother...' he thought to himself, and ran towards the call. Very shortly, he arrived at the scene to see a few hunters had captured Arwin and Suri.
Giving it no second thought, the 900 pound grizzly jumped out of the bushes with a great roar, striking one of the hunters in the face with his claws and knocking the other one out with his huge, muscular arm.
Boog may have been a bit chubby, but he knew how to throw his weight around when things got serious. He grabbed Arwin by the arm and took Suri's neck in his mouth, desperately running from the hunters. He spat the fawn out of his mouth... "Stay together and run!!!" He shouted. As they ran, gunshots could be heard, the bullets barely missing them. Trees just ahead were having the bark chipped off by the bullets missing the two bears and fawn.
Soon enough, the injured hunter's attention turned to the knocked out man. They were save for now, but how long will it stay that way? "We gotta keep going..." Boog said, still running and panting. He knew they wouldn't have the hunters slowed down forever...

With Boog and Suri by his side, Arwin knew they be safe for now as long as they weren't any more hunters following them. "Boog come this way! I know where the others are!" Arwin told them. He leads Suri and Boog back to the deers to safely. "SURI!!" Oliver cried. Suri struggle out of Boog's grasp and rushes over to hug her brother. She then stare at the big buck she hasn't seen before. "Hey whose's he?" She asked.
"Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Nolan, your uncle." Said the kind big deer. Suri smiled. "Nice to meet ya. It's good to see someone in the deer family is alive!"
"Now's not the time. We gotta go find Hazel before the...." Nadine was saying, but heard a loud cry for help. "HEEEELLLPPP MEEEEE!!" Yelled a familar voice. Nadine gasped. "That's Hazel!"
"I"ll go get him!" Said Suri, taking off to find her lost brother.
"Suri, don't! Get back here right this mintue!" Nadine shouted, ordering her daughter to return, but she wouldn't listen. Without saying another word, Nadine follow Suri.

As Elliot watched yet another one of his kids run off, he had no choice but to follow the two to make sure they were save. "Hey!! Wait!! It could be dangerous!!I won't loose another Suri!!!" He cried out at his wife and she-fawn as he gave chase. "Boog, Nolan, Arwin... Help!!" he shouted...
"I'm on it Elliot!! C'mon Oliver, we gotta save Hazel!!" he said, taking charge after the others.

Suri ignore her parents' calls as they were giving chase. She could hear her brother's cries for help getting closer and closer. Her mind going on focus...humans! Why did humans had to be so cruel and cold-hearted? But the important question was...how did her mother had to fit into this whole human thing? It just didn't make any sense to her. Suri stop to see a sign on a tree saying OPEN SEASON: TODAY
"Mmm....that explains the humans." Thought Suri. "No way they're gonna hang my brother on a wall!" She thought angerily. She kept on continue on to her running, not stopping until she needed to go rescue Hazel. There she came to a stop where she saw Hazel being out-numbered, ready to get shot by the hunter.
This brought fury anger deep into the young she-fawn's glazing heart. "HAAAZZZEEELLLLL!!!" Screamed Suri as she charge in to the rescue. A few of the hunters turn to see a wild fawn charging in. They try to shot her, but they missed. "RUN FOR IT!!" She yelled. Hazel did as he was told, following his sister as they try to make their escape. But Suri accidently trip on a rock, breaking her ankle. "OW!!" She cried.
"Suri!!" Hazel came to her aid to see what happen, but the hunters were coming in slowly ready to get rid of them once and for all. Just when it look like the end for them, Nadine came in and saw the humans ready to kill her beloved children. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Like a mad wild animal, the purple mark face yellow doe pounce in the way between her kids and the hunters just as they gunshot made it's move. BANG!! Before the hunters knew it, the doe crashed landed on them and the guns, not moving.
Hazel and Suri gasped in shock. Their mother jump in the way, risking her life to save them. The hunters got up to check and see if the doe that crashed into them was still breathing. One of them hit her with the back of his rifle, not a single movement or breath came from the deer.

As Elliot and the others were giving chase to Nadine and Suri, they arrived just in time to see a horrific sight, Elliot's wife jumping in between the kids and a group of hunters, and to make it worse... just as a gunshot was being fired. To Elliot, the world seemed to have frozen just at that moment. He let out a massive scream of terror, but he could hear nothing. It seemed like a whole eternity had passed when suddenly, everything went back to normal. His wife landed, Elliot could hear his scream now.
His legs turned into jelly and the buck collapsed there and then. Boog and Oliver arrived just as the hunters began to surround Nadine's lifeless body...
