Ok, y'all know how this game is played.. For those of you who don't, you just need to grab a line from the either of the 2 movies and someone will try to guess who said the line mentioned.

That line was from Cody in Surf's Up after he threw a fit for his broken surfboard and told Geek/Big Z he wasn't coming back.

No that was Shaw. He said that right when he sees Bob and Bobbie showing Mr. Weenie how to beg, but he took it the wrong way and thought they were worshipping him instead.
And I know where your line came from, it was Tank who said that after that surfer dude Rob or whatever his name was was interviewing him with a question but he got distracted by his hairdo XD
