Nadine shook out of her interrupting stare. "Uhhh....nothing. Thought I saw something......weird." She said. She try to figure what that strange grey figure was.....was it a ghost? Maybe not. Ghosts don't appear in the morning afternoon. Or so the young purple cheek face yellow doe thought. "Ummm....what were you saying Ellie? She asked.

"Well... you know how kids can get when they're angry. I'm sure he really didn't mean what he said. I mean... c'mon, we were being very responsable. Its what's best for him. And he's gonna realise that when he grows up with little ones of his own." Elliot continues, taking Nadine into his arms.

"Uh-huh, yeah whatever." She says, not paying attention to a word Elliot was talking about. She says still distracted with the thought of that strange figure that appear from the trees. Was she seeing things? She took a couple of steps away from Elliot and stare at the trees. "I know I saw something, but what?" She thought to herself.

"Nadine... are you sure you're okay? You're acting really stange." Elliot asked, he felt asthough he was being ignored. What has gotten into his wife? What is she so destracted by? He looks over at her to see that she's looking at something in the trees. He turned to look in the direction Nadine was looking in the hope that he could understand... but he saw nothing. "Nay Nay, what are you looking at?" he asked...

Nadine turn to look at Elliot, trying to explain. "I saw something! I'm not sure what, but it look like a ghost. Dunno what kind though, I think it was a....a.....a doe." She said to her husband.

With this new info, a chill went down Elliot's spine. How could it be a ghost? He never saw one before, he didn't even think they existed. Is there really one, or is Nadine just seeing things? "A... ghost of a doe? Like... a dhost?" Elliot asked, not realizing how silly he sounded with his last remark.

"Yes! I said ghost, aren't you paying attention?!" She cried. She spot it again, only from their far vision, it look kinda small to see it so far away from them. "Look there it is!" She pointed. "It's heading straight to Boog and the children!!" She unrs off to follow it, hoping to get to it as fast as she can, afraid if it was gonna harm her kids or Boog.
Meanwhile back with Boog and the three kids, Hazel still pounted angrily from his punishment. "Man...I can't believe ma grounded me. Who does she think she is?!"
"Uhhh.....a parent?" Oliver replied. "Shut up Oliver! I wasn't talking to you!" Hazel cried. "Then who were you talking to?" Oliver asks being a dumbfolded fawn there was. "Leave him alone Oliver. Hazel got what he deserved." Suri said. "DESERVED?! For being thought of bravery?!!? Mom and dad don't know what they're up againest! Someday they'll see."
"Yeah right! Not in a million years!" Said Suri. Just then, their mother came appearing, looking like crazy. "All right! Where is it? Where's the ghost!?" She cries, looking back and fourth. She thought for sure the ghost was heading straight to Boog and the kids, but there was no sigh of it.
"Ghost....what ghost? Ma are you feeling okay?" Oliver asked. "There was a ghost!!" She exclamied. "I saw a ghost coming towards you guys, I had to stop it!!"
"Look again mom....there is NO ghost! You're hallucinating." Hazel said, thinking his mom was going bonkers. Nadine stares at Hazel angirly. "Don't you be talking to me back like that young man!" The young fawn scoffed. "See? That's what happens when you punish one of the most charming smartest brave deer in the forest."
Nadine wanted to rip out her deer ears off. She didn't want to hear anymore of his stupid bravery folk talk. "Oh, will you stop it?!!?" She yelled. "I know what I saw!!" "Oh yeah? Then how come it's not here? I knew this family was good too to be true. I don't know why I bother staying here." Hazel said. He gets up to leave. He had enough from what his seen from his so called deer family.

As Nadine ran off, Elliot followed, he came to see that his family were arguing... again! All he could do is stand and watch helplessly as Nadine would argue with Hazel, until he began to walk off. "Boog, quick!! Don't let him get away!!" Elliot shouted at the grizzly as he ran to get in his son's way also. "Gotcha!" Boog replied, giving chase to the infuriated fawn. Why did he have to be so stubborn? Why couldn't he just run away from McSquizzy in the first place?

Hazel was doing fine walking away from Boog and the rest of the deers, but when he saw his father getting in his way and the mighty grizzly coming in to catch him, he tries to make a run for it, but Boog caught up with him. "Hey, what are you doing?! Let me go!!" Hazel shouts, strugling from Boog's strong grip. He bites one of Boog's arms, making him letting him go. The fawn lands perfectly on all fours, getting up to stand on two legs.
"Don't make me go back there uncle Boog! I don't care what you say, I'm not going back to them!" He cried out, getting upsetfully angry. Why did everyone had to pressure him so much, including his mother? Was there not enough love in this mess up world anymore?

"Look, man. I know you don't think so... but your parents love you, that's why they're doing this. They wanna keep you safe!" Boog told little Hazel. But then Elliot started to catch up, "HAZEL!!! You're in HUGE trouble mister..." he yelled from a distance. Boog knew that if Hazel got yelled at more, he'd just run away again. "Elliot, stop! I'm tryin' to calm him down, kay? Just relax and take care of the rest!" Boog yelled to Elliot. "Ugh... fine, you talk to him." he replied with calm anger, getting on two legs and walking away.

"Grrrrreeat! Now dad's onto this too." Hazel thought to himself. He didn't want to stand for this any longer. While he watch Elliot talk to Boog, he quietly sneak away and ran as fast as he can to get away from Boog and the rest of his family before Boog can find out he was missing after Elliot turn to leave.

Once he got Elliot to leave, Boog turned around to see that Hazel had disappeared. "Oh no he doesn't..." he thought to himself, looking all around for a sign of the fawn. Off in the distance, he saw a little twitch of a bush and ran as fast as his legs could go. He may have been a big fat Grizzly, but he didn't lack speed for this, afterall... Bears run at about 40mph, but Boog was a little slower. Still fast enough to catch up though. Suddenly, he spotted a small animal. And suprisingly enough, it was the little fawn he had been looking for... "Hazel wait, man!! We gotta talk!!" He shouted into the distance...

Thinking Hazel was on his own, he heard Boog's voice. He turn to see the big heavy fat bear trying to catch up with him. Boog may be slow, but everyone knows bears are the most fastest animals there is....not as close to cheetahs, but still fast. Hazel let out an angrily groan. "Ack! Leave me alone Boog! I don't wanna talk!" He yelled, standing on the same spot. There was no point out running this bear if he was gonna try to catch up him more.

"Look, running away from your problems ain't gonna solve 'em." Boog struggles to say under his heavy breath, panting from running so much.

"What's it matter to you? Did you ever have a family?" Hazel replies, staring Boog straight in the eye, hoping for an answer.
