Sorry if I sound over excited, but I don't think excited is the right word. More like....surprise and shock! But I had to tell it to everyone on the forum! THE SEQUEL IS COMING OUT SOON! How do I know this? I'll tell you why; I bought the Surf's Up movie today and check the previews to see what's new and you'll never guess what happen....they had a preview of OS2....BUT IT WAS TOO SHORT! THERE WASN'T ANY INFO ABOUT IT! I don't think the preview will be posted on the internet for a while, but forget the Mr. Weenie plot! I wanna see it as long as Boog and Elliot are still part of it.
The preview is short for like 2 to 3 seconds and the narrator said something about what does a bear do in the woods and then you see the number 2 sign with a loud bear's roar saying "Open Season 2. Coming Soon." I was so shocked I just had to say it out loud here. It didn't show much and they really didn't show Mr. Weenie either. All they show was three clips from the first movie where you see the camera moving towards the mountains away from Bob and Bobbie's trailer, then it show Elliot and the animals looking back at Boog, then the last scene was just Boog smiling at Beth but they didn't show her and that was all. Again, you can find this preview if you go buy the Surf's Up movie.
I checked on IMDB but sadly the story plot still has very little infro about Mr. Weenie escaping to join the animals to save their forest. Now I don't know what info I should believe anymore. If the story about Mr. Weenie still stays, I hope it gets change soon at the last mintue and make it something more adventure like but with no romance in it.
