I would have to say... PS3! They got killer graphics on that thing, and best of all, the games run at a rockin' HD 720p or 1080i! Either that or I'm buying games for the PC instead So what do you guys prefer?

PS2, It's a little more basic and easier to play, plus good games for it too, even though there are good games for the other systems, I still enjoy the the PS2, i would have put the DS as well, but I can't so ya.

I root for PS2 cause it's been around for 5 years and I'm use to that, but I'm afraid it won't be around forever after the PS3 has been here for a while. Think they'll ever make a PS4?

I voted for PC because I play with this, but I think the better choice to play is a console...

PC is without doubt the best gaming console..... If not due to it's sheer performance capabilities, than at least due to the PC platform being extremely flexible.... When you buy a gaming PC, you don't just buy a PC capable of playing high-end games..... You buy the ultimate programming platform, you buy a platform capable of doing things such as performing advanced calculations, utilizing the internet to its full extent, the ability to watch, edit and clip together music, videos, dvds, a platform capable of performing advanced office related tasks (such as setting up advanced flowcharts, diagrams, graphs, etc. etc........ Additionally the PC is the most upgradable and scalable piece of electronic equipment out there..... There is not one thing in the PC you can't manually upgrade!
All in all, the PC is the ultimate platform (at least compared to the presented choices)...

So true... but you know, PC upgrades are not cheap.. I can't even afford to buy a dual core processor . Earning cash is hard these days ya know? Although I manually overclocked my PC to the maximum, it's still not enough for me... (overclocking has its limits too)

Overclocking bring more problems than advantages IMO. I overclocked my CPU and graphic card and didn't notice that huge difference, but I had problem of overheat and system stability. It's also possible that the CPU may loss some clock cycle due the OC, so its performance could be even worse, and if you overvolt too you surely shorten CPU life... this is all for a tiny performance improve. It's worth it? ;D

Of course it's worth it. If it's not worth it, why would I even try to overclock my system in the first place? I don't see any problem with my PC after I overclocked it besides the fact that it always froze after 30 minutes of playing. But I fixed that problem by lowering the CPU clock a bit. I never tried to overvolt my CPU 'cause thats just too risky and I don't wanna risk losing my collection of MP3s, images, games, etc. The only effect I see after overclocking is that my games lags less.

You are lucky, I overclocked my P4 Prescott from 3GHz to 3.8GHz, system was stable but performance improvement was not perceptible. Anyway overvolting your CPU will increase the risk of destroy it, and not other devices like HDD or MB ( except for the northbridge )
