Wikipedia place an annoucement on the Sony Pictures animation list that show that the OS sequel called Another Open Season will be coming out in 2010. God, I'm gonna be 21 when this comes out.....I mean....IF it comes out....what I mean is, if the rumor about it is true XD According to Elliotdude's info from last year, he said that the sequel MIGHT get cancelled if the orginal Open Season movie doesn't make more than $85 million dollars. I'm not sure if he meant it during it's box office at the movie theatres. The topic we had was place in the middle of late october til the middle of january. But I doubt the Elliot's Wonderful Woo-Hoo Adventure will be turn into a sequel. It was suppose to be an a orginal animated short for the DVD, but they change it to Boog and Elliot's Midnight Bun Run. If all rumors about the OS sequel coming out is true, then we're in luck! All I hope for is a good storyline and have the orginal cast come back. I think there's a good chance Martin Lawrence and Ashton Kutcher will return for the role of Boog and Elliot, no doubt about that!

Ya, I know, doing CG movies take three or four years... designers could stay up to one year drawing and painting without touching a computer. There's an amazing work behind an hour and fifteen minutes of movie, and IMHO, if they didn't start to work on it yet, 2010 is a too optimistic prevision

You guys have a good point there. I also heard that there was suppose to be an Over the Hedge sequel that's coming out in 2009, but they change it to 2013. I can tell these are rumors if they're changing the release dates so much. And with a Toy Story 3 coming out who-knows when, I say it will be around in the early 2010's cause it was suppose to come out between 2008 and 2009. I hate it when they change the dates so fast. And if the Open Season is coming out in 2010, they should be working on it now cause it's like Andrea said, it takes 3 to 4 years to make an CGI animated movie and I would know....I did a project on film editing before I graduated in high school ;D

Yep I've tried to make a 3D model of RJ from Over The Hedge with 3DS Max some time ago, it's not simply man ;D I stopped on the low poly version of its head, if you are talking about making texture for characters with Gimp or Photoshop.. well.. I didn't come to this point, just because modeling came before texturing. However CorelDraw is very very similar to Photoshop and, more or less, to Gimp Hey, I'm not trying to become a CG movie maker ;D I just enjoy CGI and drawing ;D
